Bererosa – Rome

As every year, Palazzo Brancaccio inaugurates Roman summer food event calendar with one of the most anticipated festivals for wine lovers. Bererosa returns for the eighth consecutive year, a Cucina&Vini event that aims to shed light on the world of Italian rosé wines. Stills or bubbly, as long as pink, the event promotes an ever-expanding world market, in which Italy is finally taking better position, for a short time bahind other countries. The event never ceases to amaze, with new labels and wineries increasingly interested in joining the great celebration of the rosé of the Eternal City. As always, there's great food to boot: Il Maritozzo Rosso, raw seafood by Meglio Fresco Pescheria, cured meats and cheeses by Sandro Tomei Selezioni Gastronomiche, and pasta frittatas and fried ravioli hailing from the Zagarolo Meraviglie in Pasta laboratoryBererosa –
