Giuseppe Pagano, already a patron of the important Savoy Beach in Paestum, is also a producer of wine, honey, pulses and mozzarella (he also raises buffaloes). HIs property spans 160 hectares, primarily in the hills of Giungano, in the Cliento National Park. Here more than 3,000 olive trees occupy some 16 hectares of terrain. San Salvatore doesn't have its own press, but rather avails itself of a collaboration with Nicolangelo Marsicani to extract their oil.
