When it comes to Italian cuisine, Alfredo is a very well-known name worldwide. The legend of the fettuccine with butter and Parmesan cheese was born in Rome, but then spread till reaching Mexico City as well. The menu goes beyond this signature dish, and offers a wide choice of pasta dishes: going from fagottini pasta with artichokes and ricotta cheese, to the ravioli delle Langhe, through some classics such as the risotto with Norcia black truffle.
