Editor’s choice. An incredible corner of “old Milan”, perfectly kept, among the big buildings of Gratosoglio. An ideal setting to enjoy all the Milanese classics, along with some “different” dishes by Federico Sisti, a talent from Rimini who leads the kitchen brigade. Homemade bread, adequate wine cellar and a service that works well even when the place is sold out. Meals start with a serious slice of salami to bid guests the just welcome. Milanese risotto with kidney made us jump out of our chairs, as well as the fried innards and an artful, giant, delicious schnitzel “cotoletta” that was fragrant in the breading and with a very juicy interior. A different and luscious pause in a city, Milan, that always looks ahead.
