Roberto Luque is a tireless promoter of fine Italian cuisine in the Czech Republic, thanks to different but always effective, well-established, highly successful venues. Aromi is an elegant and well-lit restaurant, with a cuisine that manages to combine intense flavours without ever losing balance and cleanliness, thanks also to an excellent search for ingredients. On the menu, veal with tuna sauce; seared sweetbreads and cream of peas with red mullet fillets. The grilled ombrina with seasonal vegetables, chanterelles and clams is excellent. Save room for the chocolate millefeuille dessert. Exceptional wine list, brilliant choices, with the best of Italy and also in France, Austria and Germany. Be curious and try some local labels too.
