Bijou is much more than a pizzeria, it offers an extraordinary gastronomic experience, at the foot of Montmartre we ate some of the best doughs in the world: contemporary, creative, with ingredients of true excellence. The blend of fine flours, from wholemeal, semi-whole and other cereals, and a perfect leavening lead to pies of incredible lightness. The many fanciful versions are exceptional––there is also a dough added with Champagne––as are the great classics like Margherita and Marinara. Among our favorites, the Crunch with salsiccia and friarielli or the pie zucchine alla scapece, burrata and bottarga borealis. Top service. And what a wine list!
