The restaurnat is housed in a beautiful colonial building. The choices in terms of wines alore betray the level of commitment and care, with millesimes by enthusiasts and small artisans that are rarely found in the area. And then Denis’ authorial cuisine, ranging from well-coated spaghetti with sea urchins, to the refined white asparagus with well-seasoned prosciutto and truffle. Among the mains, we loved the succulent lamb loin in a herb crust. There are no weaknesses, the menu is constantly evolving, and constantly strong.
