This European-style bistro in the quiet town of Hobart is simply delicious. Federica Andrisani and Oskar Rossi met in Italy and after much travelling they opened this warm and welcoming restaurant where the extraordinary ingredients of Tasmania are enhanced by very Italian sensibility. Think the perfect texture of the bottarga risotto we tried, as well as the delicate homemade ravioli, or the incisive beef heart skewer, extraordinarily cooked on the grill. During our visit we also found a beautiful wine list featuring many natural Italian wines and well-selected labels from the neighbouring wine districts. Breezy service, romantic and fun ambiance.
