Something different. Chef Marcello Trentini is bursting with creativity, supported by his wife Simona, a dining room lady, sommelier and a precious counselor. The rich wine list is her doing – played between “necessary, known, sought after, unusual” – and the selection of herbal teas, infusions, beers, cocktails. In fact, from the late afternoon the doors of the Casamago lounge bar open for drinks, snacks and desserts. At the restaurant tables, on the other hand, the most “conventional” experience takes place: grouper, foie gras, crab, hare, lobster, duck, veal, amberjack, banana milk, apple are just some of the leading ingredients of apparently extravagant dishes but of actual true substance, created with passion, whim, cosmopolitan openings and provocations.
