An intriguing and delicious cuisine, the result of the passion and competence of Alberto and Andrea Rizzo, in one of the most intact areas of the centre of Palermo. Dishes reflect the taste of chef Alberto for well-defined flavours and a strong territorial base: tuna tartare, tuna lattume, nutmeg, apricot, morchelle, dashi broth, ginger; red shrimp burgers from Mazara, black Nebrodi pork lard; black Nebrodi pork cheek, scent of ginger, long Palermo squash. Fine desserts. Ample and interesting cellar. The service runs well, thanks to Melissa Basone.
