From Sicily to Wien. Pastamara, located inside the Ritz - Carlton Hotel, can count on the collaboration of celebrated chef Ciccio Sultano. Expect Mediterranean top ingredients, clean flavors and traditional recipes with an eye for detail and beauty. From the menu, which changes constantly, we recommend the savory and sharp fettuccine with red prawns from Mazara del Vallo or the tarata pasta, with bottarga, carrots cream and bottarga. A proper cannolo completes the experience. The rigour of the recipes is maximum. Intriguing wine list, with a really rich service by the glass, thanks to the Coravin. Since the restaurant has been closed for a while, we're holding our rating till our next visit.
