Easy going, friendly and concrete. Vino & Basilico is an Italian bistrot in the heart of Mitte, managed by Francesco Comi e Loriano Mura. The menu covers many regional specialties, from burrata pugliese up to Sardinian specialty like Maccheroncini with artichokes, pecorino, mint and pine nuts. The secondi change on a daily base, recently we had a well cooked orata and a juicy beef fillet. Do not expect fancy presentations, this is a croncrete and straightforward cuisine. The all Italian wine list includes many classic labels covering all the Peninsula. Very friendly service and lively atmosphere.
