The first Asian experience of the Cerea family started at its best, having created one of the most solid, classic and elegant restaurants in Italy, precisely in Brusaporto, entrusting the kitchen to Stefano Bacchelli, who had already given proof of his talent in the summer openings of the eponymous restaurant in St. Moritz. We recommend a few of the great historical dishes, such as the fantastic paccheri alla Vittorio (with tomato sauce) or an impeccable squab recipe. Service seems to have already had time to carburate, the wine list is well-shaped with markups that are certainly not for all budgets. For a final evaluation, let’s wait a few more months.
