The Cerea family's experience in China is running at full spped, with it's beautiful restaurant overlooking the Bund. We were impressed by the quality of the cuisine since 2019, perfectly guided by young and talented chef Stefano Bacchelli, who has been working with the Cerea family for several years. Beside the great historical dishes, such as the fantastic paccheri alla Vittorio (with tomato sauce) or the egg 'à la egg', we point out the innovative linguine amatripesce with maw and pil pil sauce and the brilliant double duck, plin al fazzoletto (a perfect match between Chinese and Italian traditions) . Service is impeccable and the wine list is well-shaped. Restaurant of the Year in our Top Italian Restaurants 2021, Da Vittorio is a must when you are in Shangai.
