One of the great innovations of 2019. Alessandro Leonardi, who had already brought Standard Pizza to high levels of quality, has set up on his own and has done so in style. Choosing from the lean menu, meals can start with a Montanarina or a fresella, followed by the pizza. Exceptional the Margherita al filetto with lampadina tomatoes, bufala, Provolone del Monaco cheese and basil. The Berlino pizza is sublime, with potatoes, pancetta, red Tropes onions and mozzarella from the Lattari Mountains. The selection of beers on tap and the small but incisive wine list with many interesting natural wines are both very focused.
